This week, I’ve completed the book by adding all the elements, designs, and contents needed. Before proceeding into the writing part, I included elements such as the Editor's note, Introduction, and the Introduction to what quality time really is in the book, to act as a concept introduced for the readers. As for the content, I’ve chosen 4 contents from the previous week to focus on, which are:
Busy people lifestyle
Experiences
Environment
Mood and Feeling
I've also researched deeper into each content in order to understand the quality of time sayings of the content, then the impact of quality time experienced to the context in our life.
1. Busy people lifestyle (The behind quality time)
The busy lifestyle is suffocating. Hence, the environment offers people a sense of satisfaction in being a part of our life. The impact of a busy lifestyle brought to the context in life in terms of mental health was worrying.

This is an issue that I can relate with deeply as I myself have also been in this situation, deeply affected by the environment, but it was sad to see how other people were affected by these issues. Hence, I think this topic should be brought up and to the attention of the public.

2. Experiences (Quality Time)
As for this topic, I think it's a really relevant topic to everyone. I agree very much with the saying that we experience our quality time first, as most people would finish their work first before enjoying it. However, inspired by Albaner C. Eugene Jr. on his research about how people see the other side of quality time and experiences are discarded due to expectation. Hence, I think it would be interesting to reveal to people how behind quality time is an experience that might not know, which impacted the relationship and also the emotions greatly in a bad way.

3. Images (The moments)
Image is something I think we all have taken for granted, as it is at every moment that we can feel. Yet people tend to have not noticed the subtle effect that feelings can bring that would affect our emotions.

For this part, I included a test in the book for the readers to try out for themselves that could be interactive and also deliver the message of the topic out.

Lastly, I included credit pages to give credits to the websites where my information is taken and referred to. The book is exported as a spread to allow a better reading experience. I also did some mock-up for the book, so that people would be able to get the mood and vibe of the book without the real copy.
