For this week, we were also tasked to complete the personal skills profile to help us analyze our strengths, weaknesses and reflect upon them. The 4 different online creative quizzes were given to answer so that we have a clear vision of our personality as a designer.
What kind of designer are you?

For the first quiz, I got “Team Player” as my result. The description mentions that I am able “to deliver seamless experiences is if everyone works together” which is I think is quite accurate. Hahaha. Whether a group leader is determined or not, I tend to do the planning, discussion, take charge, and delegate tasks so that everyone can contribute to the team. I like to know that things are getting done on time and accurately which is why I like to be a nice “boss” people around. (but this is my previous experience in my diploma time)
Moving towards the “watch out for” section, a point that sticks out the most is - Are you giving everyone time on their own to think things through? As a principled person, sometimes it can also be difficult for me to break the rules. Another point to watch out for is - Is there anything else that you could do to build confidence in your work? I refer to myself as a discreet person and always had an issue of over tangled in making any decision. Building confidence in my work is something I’m still learning now as I am always keeping myself with my circle no matter how much I think as I am afraid something might be happening or things turn out the way I expected, therefore affecting the whole progress.
My Creative Type

I was described as “The Artist” and some of the points mentioned are accurate. According to the results, an artist lives in the space between the inner and outer worlds. I have always full of ideas and visions to express which naturally, I brought along those ideas with me when I can apply them in my work. Some people have told me that I have a strong art sense but honestly, I just see things around naturally.
Untapped Potential - Becoming totally fearless in your expression. I think that it is quite obvious. I am always trying to be more creative and less serious when doing my project but somehow it always travels back to more serious.
What type of designer are you?
To be honest, I found this quiz a bit confusing. Some of the questions were weird. I just couldn’t understand them very well so for some of them I put in a random answer which I thought suited me. I got “The Designer’s Designer” as my result where they think of them as a “fake it til you make it” type of person.
16 Personalities

I received the “Protagonist” for my result and its brief introduction pretty much describes my personality. It mentions that protagonists need to control the emotions and I relate to that so much as I am always in fear of affecting the other person. The summary is also mentioned in which it says that Protagonist can be more sensitive to the problems of others. I also relate to this as I often see the problem or something more deeply with others.
Some strengths and weaknesses that I associate with the most:
Independent
Adviser
Strong in self-conscious
Emotional
Too Sensitive
Overly Idealistic
